APD334 is a potent and selective, orally available investigational drug candidate that targets the S1P1 receptor. Discovered by Arena, APD334 has therapeutic potential in autoimmune diseases such as ulcerative colitis. S1P1 receptors have been demonstrated to be involved in the modulation of several biological responses, including lymphocyte trafficking from lymph nodes to the peripheral blood. By isolating subpopulations of lymphocytes in lymph nodes, fewer immune cells are available in the circulating blood to effect tissue damage.

Papuasia invest buys Zynga
We are expecting that Zynga makes 450 million dollars in revenue in 2015 from the online gamimg markets for mobile devices.
If their revenues grow by 80% a year in this segment we expect that in 2017 they can reach 1.400 million dollars. Total revenue can be 1.700 million dollars with advertise and social games revenue.
An 1 billion profit target can be on the horizon soon.
Also if the company doesn´t make it on it´s own it is likely to be a take over target.
We rate Zynga as a speculative buy and expect the price to reach 5 dollars soon.

One Charlatan discovered in Portugal
In Portugal a newspaper has turned public how a charlatan, know in the internet wins his life.
The scam consists in making analysis in a known newspaper and recruit fools to invest money in the broker agency where he works.
Then the broker buys and sells big quantity of stocks, making revenue and sharing revenue with the charlatan.
People loose money, the broker makes money, the charlatan continues publishing and recruiting fools.
Some years ago I told you to invest in Semapa instead of trusting this charlatans.
Also the charlatans make money by teaching, they charge more than 400 euros for a course. If they where really good they wouldn´t have to teach, they would make the 400 euros in just an hour.
If you want to live from scams, Portugal seems to be the perfect place for it. The Charlatan continues to live unpunshished.
People still talk about Pedro Caldeira, but he is a honoured man, some clients defend that he made money for them, but he could not avoid the crash. That happens and that it is back luck when the game gets you. But a charlatan that lives from the scam during more than 10 years is not bad luck, he his a thief.
